On the 6th of June 2006 a meeting of Ella Pamfilova, the coordinator of the National working group of “Civil G8 – 2006”, the Chair of the Civil Society Institutions and Human Rights Council under the President of the Russian Federation with the US Secretary of State in 1973-1977 Henri Kissinger was held.

During the meeting the issues of human rights and civil society development, as well as a range of other issues, particularly, political, were discussed
