The Inter-ministerial Commission on the State Program for the Assistance of the Russians’ immigration has been established

Vladimir Putin has signed the decree “The Activities of the Inter-Ministerial Commission for the Assistance to the implementation of the State Program for the assistance to the voluntary immigration of Russians living abroad to the Russian Federation.

Ella Pamfilova, Chair of the Civil Society Institutions and Human Rights Council under the President of the Russian Federation entered the Commission.
