"The Financial G8" appreciates the Anti-shock Foundation of IMF

"The Financial G6" appreciates the creation of the Anti-shock Foundation inside the IMF to solve problems of the poorest countries.

The Declaration of G8 Finance Ministers signed in Moscow says:" We call the World Bank to cooperate closely with the countries having low level of incomes to help them to develop new energetic strategies and to achieve high level of development".

The G8 Finance Ministers said there are already organizations ready to support financially the Anti-shock Foundation and encouraged other potential donors, including oil exporting countries to follow these examples.
