Within the framework of the G8 summit Russia will present its report on the situation on non-proliferation of weapon of mass annihilation

"Within the G8 summit Russia will present its report on the situation on non-proliferation of weapon of mass annihilation", - Russian Defense Minister Serguei Ivanov said today at the Security Conference in Munich.
"For the G8 summit in St Petersburg we prepare a huge report about the situation on the nuclear non-proliferation in various regions of the world and also on Russian approach to the above-mentioned problem, - he said. We suppose that all countries without distinction would respect international treaties and declarations. As to Russia, the President Vladimir Putin has approved the basice of Russian state police of non-proliferation of weapon of mass annihilation for period to 2010".
"We have also prepared the necessary legislative amendments allowing to solve the problem of non-proliferation and to stand against international terrorism threat", - he added.
