Meeting of the G8 Managers' group on non-proliferation

The non-proliferation G8 Managers' group meeting took place on the 27th Feb., for the first time during Russia's presidency. They discussed the acute problems of the non-proliferation.The participants stressed the importance of G8's coordinated efforts on this question. Russia confirmed that it will continue working according to the G8's line in the sphere of non-proliferation, as it was agreed in Sea-Island and confirmed in Gleneagles.

The next meeting is planned to take place on the 13th of April.
