Paris holds a conference on the poverty reduction

On Tuesday the French capital opens an International Conference on the poverty reduction and ensuring of the steady development.

Representative international Forum, which will be working for two days, is organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry of France with the support of the Economic development and cooperation Organization which is based in France.

According to organizers the Conference will be attended by more than 100 countries, as well as 18 international and non-governmental organizations. The main questions to discuss will concern finding of the news of ways and forms of financing the programs working on the poverty and epidemic reduction and steady development securing

In particular, the French Government is presenting its project of the "Solidarity Tax". Within the framework of this program, which is launched on the 1st July, the new tax will be added on avia tickets. The money raised from that will go to finance the medicine provision in the Third World countries.
