Veliky Novgorod holds the conference on the terrorism counteractions

On Thursday, the Conference on the question of the terrorism counteraction opens in Veliky Novgorod. The press-center of Novgorod city administration reported that the conference “The influence of terrorism on the modern society” will be attended by the members of the antiterrorist organizations and scientific-research centers, institutes of higher education from the USA, France, Russia and other CIS countries.
The participants are doing to concentrate on the efficient ways to counteract the world terrorism.
The conference was organized by Novgorod State University and University of Strasburg (France), with the support of the NATO Information Bureau in RF (Moscow), Novgorod and Strasburg city administrations.
The international antiterrorism forum takes place in Veliky Novgorod for the fourth time. The previous conferences took place in May 2002, July 2003 and November 2004.
The forum will be concluded by the “round table” meeting on the 18th of March.
