The following questions are planned for the discussion:

b.. the aims of the state policy in the sphere of education
c.. social questions of the educational policy
d.. state and private educational sectors.
e.. contents and values of education;
f.. problems of education;
g.. special education: the responsibility of the state to provide education to the disabled people.
h.. educational technologies.

Participants: G. Alferov - the Nobal Prize laureate, member of the Russian Academy of Science; I. Melnikov - State Duma depute, Lomonosov Moscow State University professor; V. Lukin - Himan Rights representative in RF; O. Smolin - chief assistant of the State Duma Education and Science Committee; O. Denisov - chairman of the Moscow Student Trade Union; S. Kuzin - chairman of the Moscow city trade union organization of the national education and science workers ; S. Komkov - president of the Russian Education Fund and others.

The organizers are the “Education for all” social movement, Moscow city trade union organization of the national education and science workers (RF), Coordinating Committee of the science trade union organizations, Committee of the Secondary School directors, the “Alternative” social movement, All-Russian Education Fund, Democratic School Association, All-Russian movement “Parent care”, All-Russian social movement “Childhood care” and others.
